Enquiry & Order Process
Initial Enquiry: Prospective buyers can reach out via our website contact form, email, or phone to begin the conversation. We welcome inquiries from importers, traders, and chocolate manufacturers worldwide.
Quotation Request & Product Specification: Once we receive your enquiry, our team will provide a tailored quotation based on your volume, grade preference, delivery terms, and destination port. We ensure clarity on specifications such as bean grade, moisture content, packaging format, and Incoterms.
Sample Availability: Upon request, we can provide samples of our cocoa beans to help you verify quality before placing a commercial order.
Contract Negotiation & Agreement: Both parties will review and agree on the commercial terms, including price, volume, delivery schedule, payment method, and dispute resolution. A formal Sales Contract is signed to initiate the transaction.
Payment Terms & Execution: We operate under internationally accepted payment terms, typically Letter of Credit (L/C) or Cash Against Documents (CAD). Specific terms are agreed upon during the negotiation phase.
Shipment Coordination: Once payment terms are secured and agreed, we commence logistics arrangements, including transport to port, loading, and customs processing. Buyers receive regular updates throughout the process.
Export Documentation & Dispatch: We provide a complete set of export documents required for customs clearance and payment processing (see section below). Shipment is executed according to agreed Incoterms.
